We take complaints very seriously.

If you are complaining on behalf of a patient or your complaint or enquiry involves the medical care of a patient then the consent of the patient will be required. Please download and complete this form to obtain the patient’s signed consent and return this to the surgery.

If you need to make a complaint about the surgery or the services we offer, please contact the Practice Manager by telephone or, if you prefer, in writing. We will answer your concerns as soon as possible.
