Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges. Examples include the following:

Medicals for pre-employment, sports and driving requirements (HGV, PSVetc.)
Insurance claim forms
Passport signing
Prescription for taking medication abroad
Private sick notes
