You can use online services at the surgery to order a repeat prescription. You can also self-refer using this link for Physio, speech therapy, podiatry and pharmacy first help.

Registering for online services
Please note: It can take up to 28 days to process your application for access to online services.
To register for online prescription ordering please email the surgery on Repeat.Z00618@gp.hscni.net with your full name, address, date of birth and an up to date email address & contact number. Prescriptions can also be emailed directly to this email.
The practice will contact you to confirm that your account is set up.
You will then need to bring photo ID and proof of your address to the surgery, where the receptionist will print your online access codes.
Registering for someone else on their behalf
You can register for someone else on their behalf (proxy access) if you are a carer or relative. You must be able to provide a separate email address for yourself and the patient you can’t share the email address.
To register on behalf of someone else, complete the online proxy access request form. You can also download the form and bring it into the practice.
Proxy access needs to be authorised by a GP. The practice will phone or text you to confirm the request has been authorised.
You will then need to bring photo ID and proof of your address to the surgery, where the receptionist will set up your proxy access.
